You understand that if you execute Schedule Nine after acceptance, you may be disposing of assets that have just vested in you.
After succession standing is recognised, Marian executes Schedule Nine and transfers only qualifying public-use assets whose estate title and classification survive provenance review. The execution does not erase unrelated private property or assets already vested elsewhere.
